We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Discover, via Paypal.  All prices are in $USD.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or shipping address

SHIPPING INFO
All items will be shipped via USPS. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order, some orders take longer, however. You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses.

RETURN POLICY
We do our best to photograph all pieces in good lighting. Please keep in mind that the image color may appear differently according to your computer screen. 

Dimensions & weight of each piece is listed on each item page.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund or exchange the item - the item must be in the exact condition you received it in. 

- For items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping
- When an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.

If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit please contact us to file a claim with the post office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.

PRODUCT CARE
Wash by hand, with soap & water for best results. All Bani Studio ceramics are food-safe, microwaveable, dishwasher-safe, lead-free.
